Double Choc Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl.

I tried pumpkin pie spice for the first time yesterday and I totally understand why every girl in the United States swoons over this stuff because IT.IS.SO.GOOD!

As much as I’m a summer baby I’m reaaaaallly excited to experience autumn in America. I’ve been feeling super inspired to create some new recipes and this morning I came up with this: Double Choc Pumpkin Pie smoothie bowl.







RECIPE


BASE:


  • 1 cup of frozen cauliflower

  • 4 large ice cubes

  • 1/4 avo 1 tablespoon of organic pumpkin puree

  • 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice

  • 2 heaped teaspoons of chocolate protein powder


TOPPINGS: 


  • Crushed pecans (these make everything taste sooooo much better)

  • Roasted coconut chip

  • Cacao nibs

  • Almond butter

  • More pumpkin pie spice


METHOD: 


  • Blend all base ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor until thick and creamy

  • Add toppings however you desire

  • ENJOY!
